FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
THE SIZE I AM LOOKING FOR IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW LONG IS THE WAITLIST?
We are lucky that we have huge demand for our products - it seems the desire for beautifully crafted, luxury equipment is high. This does mean though that there is a slight wait for size or colour you're looking for. Over the last year we have worked hard to move all our production to the UK allowing us to speed up the re-stock times. We try and re-stock as regularly as possible and hope you shouldn't have to wait more than 3 months at the longest for your weights.
HOW DOES YOUR WAITLIST WORK?
Once you have filled in our waitlist form HERE your details will be noted for that item. When we re-stock we email you and you'll have 48 hours notice along with a password to buy the item. After this time period, the products will be on general release. We'd love to offer longer however our demand is just so high.
DO YOU POST WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do. Just select your country at the checkout stage and the postage will be calculate based on the weight of your item. If you don't see your country listed, please email us and we will add this for you. Currently it is expensive for us to post internationally however it's something we've working on so watch this space.
I WOULD LIKE TO STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY GYM OR STORE,
IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We sell to gyms on occasion. We like to ensure that the products will be right for your space so we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
WHERE ARE THE WEIGHTS MADE?
We are proud to say that our weights are made exclusively in the UK.
Most weights you'll have come across are made on the other side of the world. It was really important to us that we don't ship a heavy item that far, that we support trade within the UK and that we can be confident with the working conditions and pay of our suppliers and their practices.
